The Arran Gregory Print shop is now online thanks to BigCartel. So far there are
only three items for purchase but I will be updating these in the very near future
with some original paintings including the enamel space shapes and customised
one off prints. I am going away to India next week for a month though so orders
cannot be placed until I get back (26th) so please hang on until then.

uses of Mirror with regards to contemporary design.

well worth a watch in order to get insight into the world of Slam and the mafia
that is; British skateboarding.
A great friend of mine, Gareth Skewis also runs Pointer Footwear.

Slam City Skates, Neal's Yard Covent Garden has refurbished with yet another
superb concept store in the basement. This weekend was the grand opening
with a giveaway of 20 pairs of free Emerica shoes up for grabs. Alongside the
Emerica/ Altamont store there will also be an Ed Templeton show at the Elms
Leicester Art gallery, an Emerica video Premiere coinciding with Go Skateboarding
Day and the release of a SlamCity X Emerica shoe collaboration containing my
illustration on the innersoles and shoebox. Can't show you the pictures just yet
but the release date is nigh on the horizon I assure you.

Penfield Europe have asked me to design them a bear logo which is to be
embroidered onto garments for their Fall/Winter 2011 range. Much like
the Lacoste crocodile and the Polo Ralph Lauren Polo player etc.

T R U R O . R O A D T R I P



Last weekend myself and a big group of friends drove down to Cornwall
to skate the new(ish) Plaza they have in Truro. 5 Cars full left at 6am Saturday
morning, arriving at 10.30. Skated two days staying at Premier Inn inbetween.
Pretty much the most fun weekend ever. Here's an edit my friend Karl Pearson
put together today.

Milky Way too cool. I like KidCudi and I like MGMT, so I guess I like the new
alternative version of the video of his smash single “Pursuit Of Happiness”
off the debut album “Man On The Moon”. This video is awesome. The guitar
solo is too.

M . F . D O O M

Last friday 5th of March was spent at the Roundhouse in Camden at the
Taste Of Sonar Festival where I saw MF Doom play. The show was as crazy
as everyone had expected and my ears are still ringing.
The first act we saw was a guy called Ryoichi Kurokawa who played an audiovisual
piece projected in three sections onto a screen accompanied by very loud and
dramatic noise. Kurokawas work is absolutely awesome, he's featured work at the
Tate Modern, National Theature and plenty of Festivals. I can't say much as it's
probably one of the hardest things to describe an audiovisual so basically, just
go see the guy if you get the chance.

Landscape skateboard company are currently filming for their first
Blu Ray Video. Click the link to check out some of the offcuts and
a few sneaky previews.
This Quality of film is so good these days I can't imagine how it can
get much better. Maybe holographic features or something.. 5D
Palace skateboards on the other hand are going down the Lo-fi route
which is pretty fresh too in my opinion. It's the middle ground which
has become boring... Its all about Lo-fi or Hi-fi not about Mid-fi.

Anyway, the video looks like it's going to be quality I'm watching out
for that.. Along with the release of This Time Tomorrow by Chris
Mulhern out this week on DVD i think.

I bet you looked into the Hypnotic Eye? Well.. whether you did or not, this is the
new promo for Palace skateboards and in my
opinion, it's the freshest thing to hit skateboarding in a long while. The team may be small, but
they are an elite collection with many super skills on offer.
Last Thursday I went along to the Prince Charles Theatre Leicester Sq to see the Premiere of 'This
Time Tomorrow' a video by Chris Mulhern. Lucien had a section in this which was all too much..
He is on fire at the moment.
